Our first Academy started on the 1st of Marche 2023, and it is doing wonderfully! The selected 14 talents come from all around the Mediterranean: from Sicily to Turkey, including Sardinia, Venice, Civitavecchia, etc…. During this very intense course held in English, we alternate hard and soft skills theory with practical applications to prepare our talents to the challenges of a career in the Yachting industry.
